Fabrication Plant
Our fabrication
plant is located near downtown Denver at 3300 Larimer
Street. Our staff is highly qualified and trained in all aspect of mono-strand
post tensioning systems. We deliver what we commit to and we do it better than anyone in the industry.
We use 1/2" diameter, 7-wire, 270 ksi mono-strand tendons with special grease coating and a cover of
high density polyethylene plastic sheathing. We are Post Tension Institute (PTI) certified plant. Meaning that our fabrication and extrusion process
meets all requirements and specifications of the Post Tension industry as specified
by the Post Tension Institute. Each
tendon is cut, prepared and fabricated with appropriate anchoring device,
marked, color coded and delivered to the project site with detailed shop
drawings and specifications for proper installation. Our dead-end anchor system is installed
with the latest technology in the industry using the "Push" system. The "Push" system assures high quality anchor connections
and less field work for installers. We provide all types of barrier cables for parking structures and bridges. We also design and provide stud shear
rails for ease of construction and economical
designs.
Our equipment is calibrated in our facility to meet all PTI standards.
